Five salt crackers


Drink A cup of green tea or black tea.



DINNER




Two hot dogs.


Half cup of carrots, 


1 cup broccoli.


Half banana

BREAKFAST




Five saltine crackers


One slice of cheddar cheese


One small apple


1 cup of black coffee



LUNCH




One slice of toast

One bowl of vanilla ice-cream
