Dr. Dixit 2 meal diet plan weight loss diabetes

Dr Dixit 2 meal diet plan for weight loss and diabetes

Dr. Dixit 2 meal diet plan

Dr Dixit 2 meal diet plan for weight loss and diabetes "If someone practices food twice a day, I'm sure it will not only reduce weight, but it will also help control diabetes.

It is also possible to get rid of diabetes. says dr Jagannath Dixit

Today I came across one diet plan, and I got very impressed. I'm telling you the same unique diet plan which you do not need any exclusive recipes or no food restrictions.

I know you have to take a lot of effort to follow those diet plans and also have to develop lots of timings.

Still, today's diet plan is proven, and it will reduce your belly fat, which is the biggest problem for many people

And after that, your weight will be reduced automatically.

So today, I will tell you the Effortless Diet Plan, which you can follow with ease Effortless diet plan based on insulin secretion theory.

DR Dixit two meal diet plan

Dr Dixit appointed as the brand ambassador by the Department of Medical Education, Government of Maharashtra, to combat obesity and diabetes.

Head of the Medical Education Department, BJP leader Girish Mahajan said that Dr The reason for Dixit's appointed brand ambassador was that his 'diet plan' is giving results to combat obesity and diabetes. '

Dr Dixit claims that eating only two times a day, in which every diet in less than 55 minutes, reduces weight by about 8 kg in 3 months.

According to Dr Dixit, reducing the frequency of eating can affect insulin levels, regardless of the quantity or quality of food.

  What is Insulin secretion theory?

If insulin level increases in your blood, then it is not suitable for your health Insulin is a hormone which produced in the pancreas Insulin converts sugar or glucose from carbohydrate to energy.

And the remaining glucose stores in the body for future use.

If your body's insulin secretion increases, then extra insulin becomes converted into fats and makes you fat

If this insulin release decreases, then the body uses your fats for energy.

 How insulin gets produced?

Whenever you eat anything, your blood sugar levels rise.

The beta cells in the pancreas give the signal to release insulin into the bloodstream

and remember one thing irrespective of how much you eat the amount of insulin release is the same and in fix quantity,

If your body releases ten units of insulin every time, then you eat a little food or eat full stomach; the insulin amount will remain ten units only.

Now it comes, how can you stop insulin secretion? You can restrict insulin secretion by eating only twice a day. Yes, in this diet plan, you don't have any restrictions.

You can eat as much as you can, and eat whatever you want to eat it twice a day. To follow this diet, you must first fix two timings. These timings will be those when you feel starving.

Every day you have to eat at this timing. You will get 55 minutes to eat your food.

Now you will say that I finish the meal in 10 minutes. Remember one thing, the cycle of insulin is 55 minutes.

If you eat anything in 55 minutes, insulin will not be produced again in those 55 minutes.

It means after 55 minutes of the first mean, and you have to eat directly during the second meal, So you got it cleared?

You have to eat only twice a day and that too in 55 minutes.

if you get hungry in between these two meals, you have to eat such things, which will not lead to the secretion of insulin

When this diet plan was designed, with the testing of many blood samples, it discovered that there is something to eat that does not cause insulin production

It is water, thin homemade buttermilk, coconut water, green tea, black tea, without sugar and more rain in milk tea, I mean 25% milk and 75% water and in a day.

You can eat one tomato. So if you get hungry in the middle, you can eat anything of these Just buttermilk should be homemade, not outside Outside buttermilk have preservatives.

Avoid sweets and eat as much protein as possible in the food. With this diet plan, you exercise a minimum of 45 minutes daily.

Best recommended exercise is walking, which everyone can do

You have to walk 4.5 km continuously in 45 minutes your glucose burns in the first 20 to 25 minutes and then followed by body fat, So there is a 45-minute time limit.

The beauty of this diet plan is that it will reduce your belly fat along with your weight. Even this diet plan will lower your blood sugar and diabetes.

How reliable this principle

Is eating twice a day the principle useful concerning insulin? We investigated Dr Dixit's claims:

Claim 1: avoid the second limit of insulin, food intake should not exceed 55 minutes

Dr Dixit argues that if one eats for more than 55 minutes, the second bout of insulin released in the same amount.

In addition to sustained insulin release in small amounts, insulin is released in two stages in high doses in healthy humans. Step 1- Immediately after starting the meal

Phase II - About 45 to 60 minutes after eating the meal. Any food proportionate to the quality of food will release insulin in two stages.

However, in patients with type 2 diabetes, the first stage of insulin release is due to an impaired inability to process glucose after a meal, causing postprandial hyperglycemia.

Since the amount of insulin release varies with food intake, it is inaccurate to claim that limiting food intake to 55 minutes can stop stage-2 insulin release.

Claim 2: The quantity and quality of food is irrelevant to insulin release

Dr Dixit claims that regardless of the quantity and quality of the food, only a certain amount of insulin released after every meal.

In his English video, he also elaborated that diabetic patients may also be allowed to eat sweets if they follow a regular meal twice a day.

In contrast, several published studies have reported that insulin reacts in proportion to the amount of food and correlated with carbohydrate content in food—insulin released from excess food intake.

The Food Insulin Index (FII) has been studied and published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition about the amount of insulin release after a meal, such as bread, or the context of different types of food.

The study showed that, when healthy people measured insulin levels by consuming 13 different foods with the same energy content, this component correlated with insulin demand predicted by FII of foods.

It means that both quantity and quality have a significant impact on the amount of insulin released, completely negating the second and most dangerous claim.

Claim 3: Eating twice a day also reduces weight and may also control diabetes

Dr Dixit suggested in his popular video that eating twice a day, even at 9 pm, helps with obesity and diabetes. We examined two different studies to understand and review Dr Dixit's statements.

A study published in 2014 in Diabetologia tested it with a group of 27 type-2 diabetic patients comparing two times a day more food (which consumed in lunch and breakfast) versus six fewer meals a day.

It concluded that there was a significant difference in Logos' body weight and rapidly increasing plasma glucose.

However, according to a study published in Diabetes Care, eating twice a day gives a much higher insulin response than if we eat it several times a day.

In 12 diabetic patients, an increase in glucose and more insulin release observed from eating twice a day,

compared to eating six times a meal, provided that the calories consumed by both meals were the same as for six small meals.

It means, Dr Dixit is not entirely wrong in suggesting a meal plan twice a day. However, the suggestion that twice the meal is irrelevant to obesity and diabetes is factually incorrect.

Conclusion:

Although Late Dr Shrikant Jichkar and Dr Jagannath Dixit Dr Jagannath Dixit, HOD of community medicine and Professor at Government Medical College, Latur is a dedicated publicist for weight loss and diabetes reversal over the past ten years

Which is helping people freely through 250 WhatsApp groups and other social media platforms,

He has over 50,000 followers from 37 countries who are following this diet plan, and they are getting positive results too.

You should develop their diet plan for three months and reduce obesity. Those who have high sugar/ diabetes should consult their doctor.
