she was suffering a problem PCOD, which is a hormonal problem. Due to which she gains weight 96 kg but using workout and diet plan,


 her weight comes 45 kilograms. This problem mostly increases pressure. Sara revealed during her debut that she gained weight due to PCOD.

When she was studying in NewYork, she was so fat, the main reason for the fat is PCOD and fond of junk foods like pizza and chocolates.



At the graduation level, there is no physical activity in her life. 



She tells in an interview that she always eats TOMS Delicious pizza and chocolate, which was near to her university.



But after the third year of graduation, she worried about fat and thought to lose the weight after that she transmitted pizzas and chocolate into protein and salad.



After graduation, she joined the GYM and hired a functional nutritionist in NewYork, which made a diet plan according to Sara's body for weight loss.

Sara Ali khan works six days a week. She worked very hard to achieve zero figure of the body. 





She joined many camps for physical works and joined dance classes like kathak yoga exercise. She spends 90-minute ina GYM daily.

Two chappatis with green vegetables 1 cup of brown rice some days she used grilled vegetables and other days boiled.



Boiled eggs and chicken are also part of her diet because Pcod demands a lot of mineral intake.




Pre work out:





usually, she takes a bowl of mixed fruits with boiled oats.




Post work out:





salad bowl with tofu or milkshakes without sugar and less milk or yogurt.




She does not consume any dairy product or milk and always avoid junk foods, and fat products.she do not consume sugar and consume less salt.

Sara Ali Khan completed her training from new york Columbia university she completed her graduation in history and political science.


She was not more interested in studies; her dreams have come in Bollywood at an early age.
